You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luck92 login credentials. You agree to notify luck92 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. luck92 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the User's failure to protect their credentials.
luck92 is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requires submission of a valid CNIC photograph. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
luck92 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary. luck92 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests from verified luck92 accounts are processed within 24 hours on business days. luck92 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. luck92 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds to their source. Withdrawals will only be issued to an account or mobile wallet in the verified account holder's name.
All bets on luck92 are subject to acceptance by the Company. luck92 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on the relevant betting market at the time of placement. luck92 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time, including for individual accounts where irregular betting patterns are detected.
A bet may be declared void by luck92 in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors; events cancelled or postponed beyond the stated settlement window; evidence of match manipulation; or system malfunctions that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
In-play (live) betting markets on luck92 are suspended and re-opened at the Company's discretion during matches. The Company accepts no liability for bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market is suspended.

All RNG games are certified by independent testing laboratories. luck92 Casino operates live dealer tables sourced from licensed third-party studios. The Company is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions to live streams or game sessions, provided that any affected bets are voided and stakes returned to the player's luck92 balance.
All bonuses credited to a luck92 account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
luck92 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
